Myfitnesspal.Com

Everyone can afford to loose a little weight these days. I have found a really awesome website called Myfitnesspal.Com to help track what you eat. Along with tracking what you eat, it tracks work outs and other food content like how fat you ate etc. It is really a nifty tool. I find that it actually does help.

The major plus of this program is that there is a mobile app. They have a iPhone app, Android and most recently a blackberry app. It makes tracking on your phone so much easier. Myfitnesspal is the easiest way to count calories.

All you have to do is type in what you ate and it will pop up on the screen. Figure out your portion size and your set. It is really amazing!
