The otterbox in my opinion is the best possible iPhone case ever! They also make it for Blackberry as well. Not sure about Android. Another great tool that I love is the ZAGG invisibleSHIELD™ iPhone 4 Screen Protector. This is a must for ALL iPhones!!

ZAGG invisibleSHIELD™ iPhone 4 Screen Protector
When I got my iPhone, I was very careful with it. I am still very careful with it. I have gotten many different types of cases for my iPhone but was never happy with any of them. I got soft cases and hard cases. Really pretty cases with rhinestones (which all melt off!) and I only find that the best case that works the best and protects my baby is a otterbox.
