I chose this ring for my new fiance. He's kind of a simple man so when going mens ring shopping I had to choose carefully. I thought this ring fit his personality perfectly. The detail in the twisted gold band was just beautiful, and I thought the fact that the ring is made out of cobalt chrome was a definite plus!

Wide Mens Wedding Bands

It was so hard to choose from all the mens wedding bands out there. Finally my husband picked a simple yet noticeable wedding band and I just love it. It gorgeous and he loves how wide the ring is and how the way it fits and feels on his finger.

While picking up some items at the gift shop at the hosptial, I seen a nice collection of mens wedding bands in the store.I really didnt think that they would have stuff like that there, but they id. I was actually a little shocked.I know they usually have nice woman rings and stuff, but I never seen men items there.

I guess it is a nice change from selling flowers all the time!

Shopping on a Budget!

I have been contemplating on what to buy this year for the holidays. I have to get my act together and start a list. I have a ton of people to buy for but, it looks like this year like a lot of people out there are going to be on a budget. I just wanted to get something really nice for my husband. The most important person in my life deserves something special. I was so excited when I came across these mens wedding rings made of tungsten and silver. It is just gorgeous and I know he would love it. So, this is what I'm thinking, it's very affordable and, looks like a million bucks! Now how could I go wrong? He's going to be so surprised! I can't wait for the holidays!

One of these days

In April of 2004, I realized that my engagement ring was cracked. Specifically, the band at the very bottom, at its thinnest part, had cracked through entirely. I made plans that week to call up a jeweler to find out how much it would cost to have the ring repaired, but I never got around to it.

Oh hi. Four and a half years later, and the ring is still damaged. It isn’t an issue, except the one or two times I have managed to somehow yank the engagement ring, and the two separate pieces close around and pinch my finger. Do you have ANY idea how painful that is?! Let me tell you, painful. The one incident happened in June of 2005, and I still remember the pain quite vividly, heh.

So yeah, I need to get my butt in groove and call up a jeweler. There’s a local one that advertises free repairs for mens wedding bands and womens wedding bands, so maybe he/she does engagement rings too?
