Sometimes, a girl just wants simple function with a bit of sass and class. This is exactly what I got when my newest hiking accessory came in. No, not shoes, or another layer - but my long awaited and beloved Kaenon sunglasses. I saw the Calais in Abalone and had to have them. What a cool color! The oversized frame blocks a ton of light, protects my bodacious peepers from premature wrinkles and lets me look like me on or off the trail. Anyway, until recently, I'd never heard about Kaenon, but not too long after my friend mentioned them, I've seemed to see them everywhere. From Danica Patrick to kayak goddess, Christie Glissmeyer, two women I've long admired in terms of guts and bravado. So in honor of my newest fashion find, this post has nothing to do with tech this time around. But since I'm not sure who reads this anyway, does it really matter?
